Check in Policy:
Check in start at 15:00 P.M
Check out is before 11:00 A.M
Minimum check-in age is 18, a valid photo ID must be presented at the time of check in for age verification.
No pets or animals service are allowed
Early check-in Policy:
In case of early check-in prior to 09:00 A.M, an extra 100% charge of a room rate per night will be added to your accommodation bill;
In case of early check-in from 09:00 A.M to 14:00 P.M an extra 50% charge of a room rate per night will be added to your accommodation bill.
For direct bookings the early check-in service is free of charge.
Late check-out Policy:
In case of late check-out before to 15:00 pm an extra 50% charge of a room rate per night will be added to your accommodation bill;
In case of late check-out after 16:00 pm an extra 100% charge of a room rate per night will be added to your accommodation bill.
For direct bookings the late check-out service is free of charge.
*Kindly note that an early check-in and/or late check-out are subject to room availability, please contact the property before arrival to inquire.
All “Non Refundable” reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking using any of the acceptable payment options.
*In the case that a guest’s room is to be paid by another party’s credit card that will not be attending the hotel. A pre-authorization form is required to be filled out by the credit card holder allowing Elements Tulum Boutique Hotel to use the credit card for the specified charges. A reservation agent will be able to e-mail you the form to be filled out at your request.
All “Free Cancellation” reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) with expiration date and security code.
*The hotel will not hold any reservation unless secured by any of the above method. Upon check in guests may use another form of acceptable payment for their accommodations.
To ensure all our guests comfortable stay and by the Mexican law regulations, smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms, lobby and internal hallways, room balconies and patios and the restaurant. This rule allows us to maintain high standards and offer our guests quality service. We hope for your understanding.
